Director of Inside Sales

GoSite is in search of a passionate, strategic and dynamic Director of Inside Sales to join our rapidly expanding team! The Sales Director will be solely responsible for the development and management of high volume, high intensity SaaS sales generation within a nationwide SMB market.  

This role will manage the entire sales department of 30+ individuals to include both the Sales Development Representative and Account Executive teams with direct oversight of the Inside Sales Manager and SDR Manager. The Inside Sales Director will be responsible for effectively scaling these teams to 100+ headcount.

 

Essential Functions

  • Provide both strategic and hands on sales leadership to drive rigorous sales development and consistent execution to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Continuously elevate and refine sales strategy, process and tactics to improve performance across multiple teams.
  • Craft and scale predictable and repeatable models to drive consistent training and development of sales representatives and drive internal growth and promotional paths.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR Managers to ensure data driven and KPI based thought and action across multiple teams to execute innovative ways to capture and convert prospective customers.
  • Manage effective outbound sales, inbound engagement strategy, funnel management, lead generation and distribution best practices to drive impactful results.
  • Identify, develop and coach sales representatives to scale their individual performances as well as drive internal leadership abilities and growth of team leads, managers, and above.
  • Design and implement effective and motivational compensation and bonus plan structures to drive and motivate teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven sales success in exceeding goals, preferably in high growth start-up environments.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with experience scaling and leading a team of sales managers, leads, and a high growth sales team.
  • Extensive experience and success in a metrics driven, KPI focused organization with a high concentration of outbound sales generation.
  • Proven ability to both produce and manage high transaction volume SaaS application sales.
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to coach and develop managers, team leads and sales representatives to higher performance.
  • BA/BS degree required.
